Meet Your Provider

Hi, I'm Kareem Boles, PMHNP-BC.

I believe mental health care starts with one simple thing—listening.

Too often, people feel like they're rushed through appointments or treated like a diagnosis instead of a person. My goal is different. I take the time to understand who you are, what you've been through, and what you need to feel like your best self.

Whether you're struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, or another mental health concern, I want you to know you don't have to figure it out alone.

I've been a nurse since 2016 and have had the opportunity to care for patients in intensive care, correctional healthcare, long-term care, psychiatric inpatient, and outpatient settings. Every experience has shaped the way I practice today. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winston-Salem State University, I went on to receive my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. I later became a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner because I knew my passion was helping people improve not only their mental health—but their quality of life. I'm especially passionate about increasing mental health awareness in underserved, rural, and minority communities, while providing compassionate care to children, adolescents, and adults from all backgrounds.
