At MW Lifestyle, LLC, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Because our wellness supplements are ingestible products, returns are handled carefully for health and safety reasons.

Supplement Returns

Unopened supplements may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

• Sealed and unopened

• Unused

• In its original condition and packaging

Opened or used supplements are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We may ask you to provide photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Once approved, we may offer either:

• A replacement product, or

• A refund

If the issue was caused by MW Lifestyle, LLC, we will cover the associated return or replacement shipping costs.

Return Shipping

For standard returns that are not the result of an error by MW Lifestyle, LLC, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or card provider may require additional time for the funds to appear.
